Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
